Refuge has a manager for part of the year
Located in the heart of the Ilhéou valley and on the edge of its largest lake, the Ilhéou Raymond Ritter refuge benefits from a remarkable location. Starting point for numerous hikes of different levels, it is central enough to travel around and discover magnificent lakes, lakes, passes and peaks. From the beginning of June to October, walkers, hikers, fishermen and other mountain sports enthusiasts will be warmly welcomed at the refuge. By the fireside, you will be served, among other things, the good garbure which refreshes and perks up, in a friendly atmosphere, as is customary in the refuges of the Pyrenees. The Ilhéou Raymond Ritter refuge is owned by the Commission Syndicale de la Vallée de Saint-Savin.
